convenience, our highly qualified personal trainer will visit you in your
home to fit in with your busy lifestyle. And since were confident in our
service, you can look forward to swift and dramatic results – guaranteed!
Personal training
with Manx Health & Fitness firstly begins with a free
consultation where we sit down and discuss your goals and develop an action plan towards
achieving them. Also included here is a health check and
fitness assessment.
From this I will develop an individual training programme specifically tailored
towards your specific goals.
(Manx Health & Fitness also have access to one of the islands leading gyms
if required/ preferred)
Personal To You
Each client
receives a training programme entirely designed to fit around their
lifestyle and aspirations.
We will use stability balls, medicine balls,
boxing pads, resistance bands, foam rollers, kettlebells and much more as part of your
one to one fitness training programme.
In addition to the
one
on one personal training sessions, you will also be provided with free weekly training
sessions so you can exercise on your own too. Email support is
also
available as and when required. We make every effort to ensure your programme is fun and that you get
maximum enjoyment as well as
delivering your goals and dreams.
